Service description
InboxFlow helps users analyze Gmail activity, identify high-volume senders and newsletters, preview cleanup choices, and apply user-confirmed actions.
Eligibility and account responsibility
You are responsible for your Google account, your use of InboxFlow, and keeping your account access secure. Do not use InboxFlow if you are not authorized to manage the Gmail account you connect.
User-confirmed actions
InboxFlow is designed as a review-first tool. You must check previews and confirmation screens before applying cleanup actions. You are responsible for the actions you choose to confirm.
External unsubscribe links
Unsubscribe actions may open external sender-controlled pages in a new browser tab. InboxFlow does not control those third-party pages and cannot guarantee their content, availability, or outcome.
Acceptable use
